Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and compliance requirements. Customers will be notified if additional information is needed to complete an order.

Firearm Shipping
All firearms purchased from Superior Shooting, LLC are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Firearms are never shipped directly to customers.
Customers are responsible for selecting a receiving FFL dealer and ensuring that the dealer is willing and able to accept the transfer. Orders for firearms cannot be shipped until the receiving FFL has been verified. The transfer process, including background checks and required documentation, is completed by the receiving FFL dealer before the firearm is released to the buyer.
Ammunition Shipping
Ammunition may be shipped where permitted by law. Certain states, cities, or local jurisdictions restrict or prohibit ammunition shipments. Orders placed for restricted locations may be canceled if they cannot be legally fulfilled. Adult signature may be required upon delivery.
Accessories and Non-Regulated Items
Accessories, firearm parts, optics, and other non-regulated items may be shipped directly to the customer where legally allowed. Some items may be restricted based on state or local regulations. Customers are responsible for confirming the legality of any product prior to purchase.
State and Local Restrictions
Shipping laws vary by state and municipality. Superior Shooting, LLC does not ship products to locations where they are prohibited by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable regulations before placing an order. Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled may be canceled.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate shipping and FFL information at checkout. Superior Shooting, LLC is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Customers may be accepted at our location by appointment only. Local pickup availability depends on the product type and legal requirements. Please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment.
