At Superior Shooting, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and training services. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your options for returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Due to legal restrictions, firearms and ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Inspection: All returns must be inspected by our staff prior to any refund or exchange.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
⚠ Note: All firearm purchases are subject to federal, state, and local laws. Compliance must be verified before any refund can be processed.
Cancellations: Students may cancel or reschedule classes at least 7 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class will forfeit the payment, unless an exception is granted at the discretion of Superior Shooting, LLC.
No-Shows: No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for students who do not attend without prior notice.
Class Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected students will be offered a full refund or an alternative class date.
